London-based band Automan have dropped their latest single ‘Peace’. They’ve developed a sound that sits somewhere between shoegaze and grunge, with a spiraling, panicked sonic world being balanced by a natural vocal delivery that manages to find melody amongst the relentless dissonance of the track. ‘Peace’ is designed to “channel that feeling of when your brain is so loud that you can't sleep; in the middle of the night, your thoughts are at their worst, and that acute sense of paranoia can quickly spiral out of control.” The band’s debut EP, Vegetable, drops on October 20th, 2023. -Dan Peeke.
